Keller to Deliver John Reed Miller Lectures on Preaching

RTS Jackson is pleased to announce that Tim Keller will deliver the John Reed Miller Lectures on Preaching this fall.  The lecture series will span three days, November 11-13.  

In 1989 Tim Keller planted Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Manhattan with his wife, Kathy.  Today Redeemer serves more than five thousand regular attendees at five services throughout the city.  In 2001 Keller started Redeemer City to City which has planted over 300 churches in 45 cities.  He has written numerous books including The Reason for God, The Prodigal God, Counterfeit Gods, and Center Church, to name a few.

In addition to four lectures on preaching, there will also be discussion around Keller’s forthcoming book on prayer, Prayer: Experiencing Awe and Intimacy with God.
