Bio

Dr. Stephen Bradshaw has served as guest counseling faculty at RTS-Orlando since 2004. He regularly teaches the core counseling class Research and Program Evaluation.

Dr. Bradshaw is Professor of Psychology at Bryan College in Dayton, TN, where he has taught for more than 35 years. He also teaches psychology courses at Richmont Graduate University. Dr. Bradshaw's counseling-related interests include forgiveness and "dysgraceful faith" (i.e., relating to God in a less-than-grace-filled way).

Through his active private counseling practice, Dr. Bradshaw sees individuals with various struggles as well as married couples. For 10 years, he provided oversight for counseling ministries at his local church and has helped pastors in the Chattanooga area deal with counseling-related ethical issues for more than 20 years. Dr. Bradshaw also conducts assessments of missionary candidates for multiple mission agencies.

Dr. Bradshaw is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Christian Association of Psychological Studies.

Outside the classroom, Dr. Bradshaw enjoys reading, exercising and disc golf. He and his wife, Beth, have one adult daughter.
