Bio

Before starting at RTS, Sarah Vacca was a Clinical Research Coordinator for neurological clinical trials. Sarah and her husband Andrew were called to RTS in 2009 when Andrew began the Master of Arts in Biblical Studies program. Soon after, Sarah began working as the Receptionist. In late 2012, Sarah transitioned into the position of Development Coordinator.

Sarah and Andrew have a heart for people with disabilities and have actively served with several disability ministries in the Orlando area since they moved to Orlando in 2008. After RTS, the Vaccas plan to going to the Middle East and ministering to people with disabilities; helping those that Jesus came to heal and save. Sarah has seen how God has saved her from destruction, claimed her as His own, carried her through difficult times, and still continues to lovingly protect and provide for her.

She enjoys running outside, traveling to different countries, playing the violin, reading old books, and cooking and eating with friends. She and Andrew ran in the 2012 Chicago Marathon and used that opportunity to work with the Spina Bifida Association of Central Florida in raising awareness and support for a new Spina Bifida Adult Care center in the Orlando area.
