The Women's Fellowship of RTS
The goal of Women of RTS is to provide the female students and wives of students a variety of opportunities for fellowship, growth, and community as they prepare for a life of ministry. We encourage all women to take classes, either for credit or audit, during their time at RTS. This is one of the most beneficial resources we have to offer – our professors and their teaching and preaching of God’s Word. In addition we host a number of conferences, dinners, Bible studies, and events specifically designed for women. Past keynote speakers have included Nancy Guthrie, Melissa Kruger, Elsie Newell, and Carolyn James.
Tari Williamson is the Dean of Women and has served at RTS Charlotte for over ten years. In 2005 she graduated from RTS Charlotte with a Masters in Divinity. She is currently leading a dinner Bible study through the book of Philippians. For wives of new students who might be unfamiliar with seminary terminology she created a Seminary Survival Guide.
