  In February, Dr. James Hurley will teach medical students who are taking medical ethics courses. He will work with them on relational issues facing medical professionals in their personal and professional lives.
   
North CarolinaCharlotte1 - Dr. Mike Milton will speak at the first chapel of the spring semester at RTS/Charlotte and also at the new students’ luncheon.

Korea 23- Dr. Sam Larsen, professor of missions emeritus, will be one of five plenary speakers at the Two Wings International Conference in Busan, Korea. This is an interdenominational missions conference with a regular attendance of 20,000.

He was requested to speak on Psalm 37.7 and has entitled his sermon, "Resting before Running: A Biblical Call for Spiritual Reflection in Order to Know Spiritual Protection in the Battle."

North CarolinaCharlotte28 - Dr. Derek Thomas is the keynote speaker at the ARP First Presbytery Spiritual Life Conference at Back Creek Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, and will speak on “Preaching Christ from the Old Testament – Some Guiding Principles” and “Things that Only the Old Testament Will Tell You.” During this event, four RTS professors will teach seminars: Dr. Robert Cara will lecture on “King David’s Life as a Foreshadowing of Christ and an Example for Us”; Dr. John Currid will lecture on “Does the 4th Commandment Apply to Us Today?”; Dr. Michael Kruger will lecture on “Heresy, Orthodoxy, and the Role of the Old Testament in Early Christianity”; and Dr. James Anderson will lecture on “Old Commandments for a Brave New World.”
