Challenges to the admonition to protect human life created in the image of God require a grounding in biblical anthropology as well as familiarity with beginning- and end-of-life issues. This course will cover theological principles and relevant scientific and medical background to equip ministry leaders and Christians in other callings. The seminar will be taught by Paige Cunningham, J.D., Ph.D., executive director of the Center for Bioethics and Human Dignity, and Allen Roberts, M.D., practicing physician with experience in medical ethics in a hospital context.
