Sean Lucas Writes on Race and the PCA in byFaith



Sean Lucas's recent article, "Grace, Race, and the PCA" is now available online from byFaith magazine. The article details the processes leading up to the seminal resolution offered by Sean Lucas and Ligon Duncan at this year's 43rd PCA General Assembly and reflects on the current state of race relations within the denomination. Lucas writes, 

...Our cultural captivity isn’t simply in the past. Rather, the purpose in confessing our past sins and failures is to see more clearly our own present-day failures to love our black brothers and sisters well and to use our positions and power to benefit them more than ourselves.
