Each year by the beginning of April, RTS faculty sign and return contracts committing to serve on the faculty for the following year. We are pleased to announce that with more than 50 faculty all but three have committed to continue their teaching with RTS for the 2010-11 academic year.

 Dr. David Jussely from the RTS Jackson campus will be returning to the pastorate to serve as Assistant Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Hattiesburg, Mississippi as their Minister of Teaching and Discipleship

 Dr. Sam Larsen from the RTS Atlanta campus will be stepping back to part time teaching due to health issues.

 Dr. Bruce Waltke from the RTS Orlando campus has resigned from his position as Professor of Old Testament and will no longer be making his annual trek from the West Coast to teach his winter and early spring classes in Orlando

 Each one of these men has had more than a decade of faithful service at RTS and for this we give praise to Christ!  We ask you to pray for these men and their families as they make their transitions.
