Chancellor Ric Cannada agreed with Dr. Michael Milton, chancellor/CEO elect, as he remarked, "The RTS community is blessed, indeed, to welcome a seasoned and widely respected pastor like Dr. Chuck Frost. We believe that development is casting God's vision relationally. Then, God's people and God's resources follow God's vision. Chuck, as a pastor, church planter and retired Army Reserve chaplain is God's man for God's time. We rejoice to receive him and Lou April into this Gospel ministry that he knows so well."
RTS was founded in 1966 and is now one of the largest seminaries in the United States. RTS campuses are located in Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington D.C., Houston, Orlando, Jackson, Memphis and a Virtual campus that offers an online Master of Arts degree.
