OUR PERSPECTIVE

Humans were made for relationship in the image of the Triune God. Too often, however, people trade communion with God and one another for cheap substitutes. These sinful choices often lead to life struggles that lead people to seek help from counselors. Counselors have the unique opportunity to invite relational restoration by and through the reconciliating work of Christ and by His Spirit. God longs for restored communion with and among His people, and counselors play a vital role in this restorative ministry.

OUR PURPOSE

To train and develop self-reflective and competent professionals for the ministry of soul care as counselors, pastors, and Christian leaders within an academic community that values the confluence of psychology and theology.
