Through the years, Reformed Theological Seminary has proclaimed its commitment to "standing firm but not standing still," as well as to cultivating "a mind for truth and a heart for God." These statements have expressed our passion for training ministers of the gospel in the timeless truths of God's inerrant Word, powered by a passion derived from His indwelling presence in our lives. RTS seeks to live out these principles in each of our lives and by doing everything we can to enhance the spiritual development of students. By inculcating into the lives of future pastors a heart of grace and compassion for people, we work to help ministers of the gospel to develop godly character while the same time gain a deeper knowledge of God's Word. On the foundation of Godly character, students develop the practical skills of preaching and teaching effectively and the ability to addresses multiple needs for building strong and healthy churches. RTS seeks leaders who desire a mind for truth, who follow the inerrant Word of God as their only rule of faith and practice and who have a heart for God, wanting to grow in holy devotion and represent Christ in this world.
