Purposes Of The Program
The Master of Theology degree program (Th.M.) is offered only on the Orlando Campus and is designed for those who hold the M.Div. degree and wish to engage in advanced theological studies. In this program, students concentrate in one area of emphasis - Reformation Studies - with a goal of attaining a high level of competency in that discipline. Research and writing skills, which are important to this program, must be demonstrated by writing a thesis.
Design Of The CurriculumStudents are required to take a minimum of twenty-four hours of Th.M. level courses, with lectures offered in a modular format each January and July . In addition, students are required to register for six semester hours of thesis work and write a thesis on an approved topic within the area of emphasis.
A maximum of six credit hours transfer credit may be used as credit towards this degree.
