The Equip workshop series exists to assist the Charlotte community by bringing in scholars and speakers to address important issues in counseling and beyond. The hope is that workshop attendees will walk away more equipped to be a minister of Christ in the church and the world. Rev. Chris Moles is the Senior Pastor of Grace Community Chapel (Eleanor, Wv). Chris is a Certified Biblical Counselor and a certified group facilitator in domestic violence intervention and prevention. He serves as a faculty member with the West Virginia Coalition against domestic violence state wide intervention training and holds a B.A. in Bible from Cedarville College; and an M.A. in Biblical Counseling from Faith Bible Seminary (Lafayette, IN).

For 25 years, Dr. Newheiser served as the Preaching Pastor at Grace Bible Church in Escondido, California. He is also the Director of the Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship (formerly CCEF West) and an Adjunct Professor of Biblical Counseling at The Master’s College. Furthermore, Dr. Newheiser serves as a board member at both the Biblical Counseling Coalition (BCC) and the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).

He served as a counselor and faculty at CCEF in Philadelphia, PA (Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation) from 2001-2013, and was their Executive Director for 5 of those years.
