Sharon Hersh received an M.A. from Colorado Christian University, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is the mother of two college-aged children. She is a frequent speaker at universities, seminaries, conferences, and retreats. She is the author of numerous books such as Bravehearts: Unlocking the Courage to Love with Abandon; Mom, Sex Is No Big Deal; Mom, I Feel Fat! Becoming your Daughter's Ally in Developing a Healthy Body Image; Mom, I Hate My Life! Becoming Your Daughter's Ally Through the Emotional Ups and Downs of Adolescence; Mom, Everyone Else Does. Sharon is also the Director of Women's Recovery and Renewal, a retreat ministry to struggling women and their caregivers. She lives with her family in Lone Tree, Colorado. She hates to do laundry and has just completed her second marathon!!
