Women in Ministry
Women in Ministry (WiM) is a ministry for all women affiliated with RTS that provides fellowship, fosters connection to the broader seminary community, equips each woman to build the kingdom in her respective calling, and encourages women to live passionately in submission to Christ.
WiM provides opportunities for connection through Bible studies and process groups, retreats, seminars, and fellowship events. We encourage the wives of students to take advantage of the spouse scholarship and enroll in or audit classes as they are able. Our hope is that all women will come away from seminary having experienced meaningful relationships and spiritual growth.

Connections Lunch with Ruth Hubbard
Wednesday | March 9 | 12:00pm | Fellowship Hall
Women in Ministry is thrilled to welcome Ruth Hubbard to campus. Ruth has served on the staff of Wycliffe USA since 2002. She was appointed Senior Vice President in 2007 overseeing marketing, public relations, and Wycliffe’s diversity initiative. Today, Ruth serves as Wycliffe’s Chief Culture Officer – a role designed to bring heightened intentionality to the organization’s integrity. Ruth loves being part of a team of executive leaders “so committed to creating and strengthening an organizational culture that is marked by utter dependence on God, grace-infused interdependence, and open-handed generosity that they invite ongoing culture audit by a colleague.”
